Inspired by the elegant townhomes of Paris, this bold design thoughtfully challenges tradition while right at home among the towering oaks of Myers Park. With a stucco façade crafted to resemble limestone and striking architectural features including a stately, off center entry, and upstairs bay window, this residence finds the perfect balance between romance and function. Cleverly playing to a narrow lot only seventy feet wide, architect Bobby McAlpine’s vision included a lofty gallery that guides guests past an elegant staircase, through European heart pine doors, into a grand salon.
