Classic American Renovation
Preserving the warm memories that only a childhood home can hold was equally as important as the dramatic remodel of this classic American home. Architect Ruard Veltman’s design combined spaces to create an open feel, while retaining the original house’s original eight foot tall ceilings. Wood and plaster walls throughout the main house and game room beckon American craftsmanship of bygone days, and reclaimed antique oak and blue stone flooring have their own story to share with the next generation that will call this home.
