Allie Thomas brings more than a decade of corporate expertise focused on business development, marketing, and finance. Allie inherited her father's laser-sharp attention to detail and brings that to the table in numerous senior management roles throughout her career.
A love of architecture, design, and the built environment fuels her passion for the custom home building industry, while her experience and strong business acumen, and analytical approach provide the necessary skillset for continued success at Philip Thomas Construction.
Allie holds a BSc in Business Administration with a focus in Corporate Finance and Marketing from the University of South Carolina.
Jeff brings 30 years of construction experience to the Philip Thomas Builder team. Sandwiched in between 18 years of commercial, industrial, hospital and academic building is a twelve-year partnership with Philip Thomas building on Bald Head Island. Four homes from this venture were featured in Coastal Living magazine between 2001 and 2005, speaking to the quality and success of the team as well as the working relationship with the owners and architects.
Also successfully partnered with his wife of 42 years, Donnis, they enjoy playing and writing music, cooking and gardening. When he finds spare time Jeff also tinkers with writing short stories and novels.
John brings over 30 years of experience managing complex construction projects in several different markets. He has a proven track record for organizing and leading teams to complete challenging projects on schedule and within budget efficiently. John pays acute attention to detail in all aspects of the building process. He holds a BS degree in Construction Management from Purdue University.
John has two daughters, 14 and 11, and enjoys being a father. John also enjoys mission work and has been on several mission trips to Guatemala.
