Project Manager Position Description
Philip Thomas Builders is seeking a motivated and dynamic project manager for our Charlotte, NC practice in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Project Manager. In this role, you will oversee luxury custom home-building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. While prior project management experience is a plus, we are seeking someone with the right skills, passion, and drive to succeed in this role. If you have a strong background in construction, excellent communication abilities, and a talent for problem-solving, you could be the perfect fit for our team.
Your responsibilities will include managing daily project progress, coordinating resources, and ensuring every milestone is met precisely and efficiently. You will also oversee material procurement and permit applications and maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors. On-site, you will ensure that job sites are clean, safe, and compliant with regulations while supervising subcontractors to uphold our high standards of workmanship.
