As a young man, it was the intriguing architecture of his Dilworth neighborhood that first sparked Philip’s interest in residential design. A creative eye, love of the outdoors and entrepreneurial spirit were the right ingredients to launch a career in fine homebuilding. With each new project, a reputation for unusual attention to detail and thoughtful creativity grew. Partnerships with talented architects and craftsmen were forged, and they trusted him to fulfill imaginative and unconventional designs that challenge the very idea of what’s possible in a home. Thirty years later, with the wisdom that can only come with decades of experience in fine homebuilding, and synergy with some of the most renowned architects, designers, and craftsmen in the country, Philip Thomas Builder homes are thoughtfully crafted to the finest detail, fulfilling each homeowner’s unique dream.
